Rehab & Focus is a precision-driven reformer session, mixed with small equipment, designed for you if you need a prescriptive and more supportive approach to movement and alignment.

These sessions are tailor made based on what I see: imbalances, weaknesses and are aimed at helping you gain strength and body awareness.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing pain, or easing back into Pilates after time away, these 1-2-1 session helps you rebuild strength and alignment with confidence.

Blending classical foundations with contemporary techniques, each session emphasises control, mindful pacing, and precise movement patterns to restore balance, improve posture, and help you move with greater ease.

If you want to just move your body with the Pilates Method; For rehab, strength, flexibility then this 45 minute mat Pilates session with small equipment is for you. Kerry will create a session plan to suit your bespoke goals on the day. You will leave feeling stronger, aligned and more connected to your body.

Using the Classic Pilates Principles: Flow, Breath, Concentration, Control, Precision and Centering. We may also practise contempory and dynamic Pilates methods, depending on your goals.

Our initial session includes full consultation / Posture Analysis / Pilates Fundamentals.

The Bespoke Home Workout

Mat Pilates & Small Equipment Personalised Recorded Programme

Your journey concludes with a deeply restorative 20-minute .Holistic Balancing Ritual where Kerry intuitively selects the energetic healing you need most. This may include crystal chakra balancing, guided meditation, sound, Reiki, or restorative Yin Yoga poses

,bringing you into a state of harmony and renewal.

As a final touch, you are invited to pull an Oracle card for divine guidance, ensuring you leave feeling empowered, balanced, and truly aligned.

This bespoke experience includes:

Comprehensive Consultation & Posture Analysis, Pilates Fundamentals using premium small equipment (weights, bands, foam rollers, Pilates balls) A deeply restorative Holistic Balancing Ritual, intuitively selected just for you, which may include a guided meditation, Reiki, chakra crystal work, or restorative yoga. A beautifully curated Lifestyle Workbook will be sent to you post-session, to support your continued embodiment and alignment at home.

PLEASE NOTE

This 90 Minute Ritual MUST be booked in first if you have never visited Kerry before, before subsequent 70 Minute Embodied Movement Rituals. Following on from the Initiation Ritual, your follow up sessions are curated and rooted in intention and designed totally bespoke for you on each visit. You will have a 45 minute Pilates practise, followed by a 25 Minute Holistic Balancing Ritual.
